The transmission efficiency of the traditional air spray gun (I. e. paint utilization rate) is about 30%, while the other 70% or so of the spraying solvent is scattered into the surrounding environment with the flying fog, wasting a large amount of paint or coating, which not only increases the economic cost, but also emits very large amounts of toxic and harmful substances such as TVOC, benzene and formaldehyde, seriously polluting the atmosphere and water environment, and damaging the health of the builders. The use of HVLP standard spray gun or spraying equipment, can greatly reduce the fog and rebound (spray), reduce paint, photocatalyst and other solvent emissions, greatly save the amount of spraying, while keeping the working environment clean, protect the atmospheric environment and construction personnel health.

Pretreatment of spraying process
