Spray gun nozzle and thimble are made of high-grade stainless steel, corrosion resistance, wear resistance.
The lances are available in low pressure (HVLP) and medium pressure (MP) designs. The gas path adopts the design of porous shunt cover, the air flow is stable, the atomization is less scattered, and the atomization effect will not be affected by the turbulence of the air flow during spraying and atomization. The spray cover is formed by integrated turning and milling, with high concentricity and uniform and stable atomization effect. It is suitable for automatic large area spraying, such as leather industry, furniture, hardware field, etc.
The SA-430-HVLP blowing distance is 200mm(7.87in), the coating viscosity is 20±1 seconds/RV-2, the coating pressure is 0.4~0.6kg/cm², the coating inlet is 3/8PF/NPF, and the air inlet and CYL inlet are 1/4PF/NPF.
